Nurse Graduate Writing Samples
Nurse Graduate Writing SamplesNurse graduate writing samples are a great place to start your writing career. Most of these are short stories, which you can then follow up with a more in-depth dissertation at some later time. Here's a few sample essays to get you started on the path to becoming a nurse. In this first one, the author is describing his/her illness and worries about how they will be able to pass medical information to their children in the future. In it, the author briefly introduces himself/herself and offers some personal details about their medical condition. The writer then describes his/her fears for his/her family members if he/she cannot continue being a nurse. Finally, the writer discusses a timeline of events, beginning from his/her arrival as a nursing graduate student, continuing to when he/she received his/her training and being on the job for the first time, and ending at his/her graduation. In this second example, the author discusses his/her fear of hospital settings and how this fear has affected his/her performance in the nursing field. The author then lists the reasons for his/her fear and finally considers what if there was no fear at all? Then the author provides three possible solutions for the fear and ends the essay by stating that in order to cure this fear, he/she will need to apply all of his/her skills in the nursing field. Then the author discusses his/her experiences with certain kinds of fear, and relates this to the behaviors of the patients in his/her care. Lastly, the author discusses the reasons for his/her decision to become a nurse, and what he/she hopes to gain by becoming a nurse. In this third example, the author discusses the possibility of working in doctor's offices, referring to a decision he/she made to leave the hospital field. The author then provides an overview of his/her training and education, and briefly discusses his/her fears that he/she would notbe able to provide the same care in the doctor's offi ce as he/she did in the hospital. The author then discusses the benefits of working as a nurse, specifically in his/her early years when he/she worked in the office for a decade or two.One other thing to take note of when looking through these Graduate Writing samples is the number of times the names of the medical institutions are mentioned. This is because the writers of these samples are trained professionals and are well versed in the operations of the various medical institutions, as well as the academic programs they run. These are clinical situations that were part of the writer's experience and that gave rise to the author's thoughts in writing the Graduate Writing samples. It is also important to note that the writers of these samples are usually experienced within the medical field. As such, the stories they discuss in these samples are also reflective of their experiences working in the medical profession. Therefore, this means that the stories they share in these samples are mostly personal accounts that are reflective of their own experiences and not necessarily reflective of others' experiences working in the medical field. The major difference between these three examples and many others, and the ones described above, is that in one case, the author worked in a hospital setting, in the other cases he/she worked in doctor's offices. However, the idea is the same: You may have a story that reflects your own experiences working in the medical field, but only your personal story is likely to reflect what it is like to work in a hospital or doctor's office setting.I have included some sample Medical Professional Graduate Writing samples because it gives me an idea of how my own personal experiences as a nurse could help inform the narrative in the stories in the sample essays. I hope this article is helpful to you and that you will find Nurse Graduate Writing samples useful as you begin your nursing career.
